Modern Upholstery Fabrics.

Modern Fabric includes components of contemporary and modern design to create fresh and simple looks. Modern design as its known today actually started back in the 50’s and 60’s but has continued to evolve over the years. Modern design is defined by its minimalism approach to style and Modern Fabrics reflect this look. Yet, despite having a minimalistic inspiration, these fabrics are anything but boring.

Contemporary Fabric Samples

Our Modern Fabric collection at L.A. Design Concepts is one of our most extensive fabric collections. This collection features over 14,000 products from over 40 different designers. This is a further testament to the fact that these fabrics can be simple yet unique. These fabrics are mainly neutral in color. That said, we do have Modern Fabric designs that have pops of color or have multiple colors. Modern Fabrics can also have color gradations as well. Most of the colors you will find are neutral (browns, greys, etc.) or a light color.

In addition, you will also find that our Modern Fabric designs can have many different textured looks about them. Though modern design is much simpler than other styles, we do also have numerous Modern Fabrics with patterns and other unique designs. These include both realistic designs, such as floral, and abstract.
