2020 Has Arrived, but let’s highlight 2019
As we come to the beginning of a new decade, we’d like to look back at 2019 and highlight some of our favorite fabric work from our brands. We’ll be covering a broad range of styles, and we hope you find inspiration in these to create new projects of your own.
In this shot featured in an editorial for interior design, Schumacher Fabric‘s ‘Le Castellet’ is featured across the table top. This dainty and regal floral with winding stripes combines excellent colors and just the right amount of blooms to create a classy interior moment.
The use of exaggerated ikats is a style that will never fade, we love Schumacher Fabric’s Samarkand Ikat. Its bold use of color blocked colors in 3 vivid palettes and one in gray scale for the more minimal and muted interior is striking.
Clarke and Clarke Fabric
With the color of the year for 2020 being Classic Blue, we somehow feel that this Clarke and Clarke fabric collection was ahead of its time. Featuring gorgeous deep and sultry oceanic tones mixed with neutral grays and beiges in perplexing geometric and abstract patterns.
A combination of lush and tropical palm leaves depicted in a beautiful water colour fashion with tonal shadows in deep emerald. We particularly love the pairing of the Rouge colorway for a unique mixture of color that adds a statement to the design space.
Kravet Couture Fabric
From Kravet Fabric’s couture line of fabric, Catwalk features a complex arrangement of colours, in sophisticated and bold colorways that are sure to make an impact. For those looking to draw in the eye but keep the space feeling chic and sophisticated, this pattern achieves both with ease.
Kravet Couture collection Modern Luxe Izu focuses on the creating an opulent and refined look from eastern inspired natural elements. In Utta you notice the depiction of high mountain sides and a geometric pattern imitating rolling clouds.
Traditional, simple, and sweet are a few of the main reasons patterns like Ascot Linen Print make a lasting impression. Scalamandre Fabric uses gorgeous archival floral motifs delicately spread in warm and welcoming colors.
