Grey Watkins Fabric – Rock the Color of the Year

Gorgeous New fabrics in Color of the Year: Living Coral

We are now 3 months into 2019, and the Pantone Color of the Year: Living Coral is alive and all around. The newest collection from Grey Watkins: Flora fabrics carries eccentric new patterns in this vibrant shade. We’re going to be highlighting just a few fabrics you can easily incorporate into your space.  Whether you’re matching the exact hue, or making nods to it in similar shades, Living Coral has excellent vibrancy to liven up a space, no pun intended. This eccentric mix of orange and pink is proving to be more versatile than anybody could’ve thought. We love the use of Wildflower in the guava colorway (table cloth) it’s detailed use of negative space in coral and cream is a great source of tasteful drama. On the curtains you’ll find Oleana in petal pink, this micro scale floral fabric is delicate and soft in appearance, and compliments the surrounding colors excellently. Then in more minimal applications of the color, you can find Walden Weave in flower bed on the seat cushions, and Dash & Dot print in pink lemonade on the table squares. Next week we will dissect the entire Flora collection from Grey Watkins, so stay tuned. Until next time!
