About Kravet 

Kravet Inc. -- the umbrella brand for lines like Kravet Couture, Kravet Design and Kravet Basics -- was established way back in 1918. The company was founded by Russian tailor Samuel Kravet after immigrating to the US. Since then, Kravet has supplied the interior design industry with gorgeous textiles, trimmings, furnishings and wall coverings for many decades. 

After expanding the company with a new upholstered furniture division and several licensing divisions, Kravet acquired several iconic brands. Kravet acquired Lee Jofa, GP & J Baker and Brunschwig & Fils -- all three of which date back to the 19th century. 

Five generations of the Kravet family have led the company over the last hundred years. Most recently, Daniel Kravet, Sara Kravet and Sander Kravet joined the company to continue their family's legacy. In 2022, demonstrated its commitment to sustainable practices when it launched the Kravet Green Initiative. 

NEW KRAVET UPHOLSTERY FABRIC 

Both furniture makers and interior designers will love Kravet’s new upholstery fabric. From Kelly Wearstler’s sixth collection for Kravet brand Lee Jofa comes one of our favorites. 

The stunning Simpatico in Faded Terracotta is a multipurpose fabric with painterly lines and vintage tones. Other recently released upholstery fabrics from Kravet include the highly textural Rue Cambon in Pebble and Atelier Tweed in Noir Multi.

Kravet New Fabric Collections 

Last year, we celebrated two new Kravet fabric collections. First, Kravet announced Boheme II by Linherr Hollingsworth for Kravet Couture, and then they announced Inside Out Performance Fabrics for Kravet Design. 
Both Inside Out Performance Fabrics and the Boheme II collection placed neutrals front and center. These two collections of Kravet fabrics prioritized soft blues, sage greens, muted browns and sandy beiges.

This year, Kravet released a series of colorful yet sophisticated fabric collections. These new collections include Oscar de la Renta IV, Breckenridge and En Vacances II. The century-old brand drew on its legendary archive before updating antique prints, patterns and colorways for today's consumer. 

In these new fabric collections, shoppers will find everything from green paisley fabric and yellow stripes to Kravet plaid fabric and so much more. EN VACANCES II FROM KRAVET FABRIC 

Check out the new En Vacances II collection by Kravet brand Brunschwig & Fils. Each fabric from the En Vacances collection by Brunschwig & Fils is UV-resistant, soil-resistant and bleach cleanable. 

This collection of performance fabrics boasts an update to the brand's most iconic fabric design: Les Touches. Originally from the Le Jardin Chinois collection, Les Touches II in Green was recently released as part of En Vacances II.

OSCAR DE LA RENTA IV FROM LEE JOFA 

Inspired by antique prints and vintage colorways, the Oscar de la Renta IV collection from Lee Jofa is another new fabric line from Kravet. Pale yellows, rosy pinks, sap greens and misty grays make this collection evocative, nostalgic and incredibly elegant.

BRECKENRIDGE FROM LEE JOFA 

A collection of both fabrics and wallpapers, Breckenridge is also from Kravet brand Lee Jofa. In May 2022, Lee Jofa and Kravet released this stunning collection of weaves, patterns and prints.

Some of these luxurious fabrics boast gorgeous embroidery. Others present beautiful materials like silk and velvet. Ranging from neutrals like cream and gray to bold tones like blue and red, the Breckenridge collection is one to behold.
